Phoenix usual hours of work for all employees, other than casual and part time employees is thirty eight (38) hours per week, 7:30am to 4:00pm, unless discussed with the Recruitment Officer and/or Training and Development Officer.
As a Phoenix employee you will work an eight (8) hour day, five (5) days per week and earn one (1) rostered day off (RDO) per month. An RDO can be taken when you wish, subject to the approval of your manager or supervisor. RDO’s are only available at Phoenix metropolitan facilities. Part time workers do not get RDO’s.
